Our mission with Fleetile was to build fleet software that operators in emerging markets could actually deploy: hardware, connectivity, installation and platform in one package, with no second vendor to chase. The brief was explicit that enterprise software for these markets deserves the same quality as anything built in Silicon Valley.

Challenge
Fleet operators lose money every day to fuel theft, unauthorised vehicle use, inefficient routing and a lack of driver accountability, but most tracking tools only report where a vehicle is after the fact. Fleetile had to close that gap and do it across a wide spread of users, from a dispatcher on a desktop console to an owner checking a single truck on a phone, in three languages including two that read right to left, with permissions granular enough that a driver, a supervisor and a fleet owner each see only their own slice.
Scope of Work
We delivered the brand identity, the marketing site at fleetile.com and the product interface for the tracking console and its companion mobile apps. The scope covered the live map experience, geofence and alert configuration, trip replay, reporting and export, driver profiles and scoring, the role and permission model, per-tenant white-label theming, and full localisation for English, Arabic and Urdu including right-to-left layout.
Problems
Fuel theft and unauthorised use were invisible until the numbers came in at month end. Route inefficiency could not be measured without trip level history. Driver behaviour had no shared record, so accountability came down to argument. Buying a tracker, a SIM and a platform from three separate vendors left the operator to integrate them and to chase whichever one had failed.
Identity System
The identity had to work as an operations tool, not a brochure. We built a paper-light default with a true dark counterpart, since the console is read in daylight cabs and in night dispatch rooms alike, and made every colour carry a job: one accent for action, distinct states for alert severity, and nothing decorative competing with a map that is already dense. The system is token based so a reseller can re-theme it per tenant without the interface losing its logic.

Research & Result
Watching dispatchers work showed the console was being used as a monitoring screen rather than a tool, because acting on what it showed meant a phone call. That reframed the product around action: remote commands, parking mode and automatic engine cut on geofence exit moved from a feature list into the main flow, and alerts were rewritten to lead with what to do rather than what happened.

Built for search as well as sales: dedicated landing pages for GPS tracking terms sit alongside the product pages, each with structured data and its own FAQ, feeding a blog that links back to the core pages.

One Managed Package, Not Three Vendors
Fleetile ships as a single service: the GPS device, the SIM, the installation and the platform. The integration work is what makes that possible, taking position data off a wide range of hardware and normalising it into one stream the console can trust, so an operator adding a different tracker next year does not change anything they see.
Acting on What the Map Shows
Remote commands turn monitoring into control. Engine cut and restore, parking mode and geofence-triggered actions are issued from the console or the phone, queued when a vehicle is out of coverage, and written to an audit log so every command has a name and a timestamp against it.

Companion apps carry the same modules as the console, scoped by the same role and permission model, so a supervisor sees exactly what their access allows on either surface.

Every review is tied to a confirmed booking, so ratings reflect people who actually hired the provider. Search filters by service, distance, price and rating, availability shows live on the map, and messaging stays inside the app so a rider never has to hand out a personal number to get a quote. Provider profiles carry the detail owners actually ask for before they commit.
