Mission
Our mission with Task Haus was to make small home jobs bookable. Large renovations have contractors and quotes; a blocked gutter or a room that needs painting has neither, so it waits. We wanted a marketplace where posting takes minutes, pricing is set by competition rather than guesswork, and both sides can see who they are dealing with before any money moves.

Challenge
Two-sided marketplaces fail on whichever side is thinner, and both sides here are fragile. Homeowners will not post into an empty marketplace, and workers will not check an app with no jobs. On top of that, the two audiences want opposite things from an interface: a homeowner posts occasionally and needs guidance through it, while a worker opens the app several times a day and needs speed above everything. The product had to serve both without becoming two disconnected apps.
Scope of Work
We delivered the brand identity and the full product across mobile, web and admin. The scope covered the task posting flow with budget setting, the bidding and hiring experience, separate homeowner and worker journeys, profiles and job history, the web application, and the admin console for oversight of users, tasks and disputes.
Problems
Small home jobs had no obvious way to get booked, so they were postponed indefinitely. Homeowners had no reference for a fair price on a one-off task and no easy way to compare. Skilled workers with spare capacity were paying for leads with no idea whether the job was real. And with no shared record of completed work, trust had to be rebuilt from zero on every single job.
Identity System
Home services branding tends to arrive either as hardware-store yellow or as premium-service minimalism, and neither suits a marketplace where a homeowner and a tradesperson are both the customer. The identity sits between them: confident, plain-spoken, built on a strong blue with clear state colours for the bid lifecycle, so open, bid, hired and completed are readable at a glance in a list.

A roof-and-mark lockup that stays legible on an app icon, a work van and an invoice, and works on both light and dark surfaces.
Research & Result
The thing that decided the design was how much detail a task post should demand. Ask too little and every bid arrives with questions attached; ask too much and homeowners abandon the form. Testing landed the posting flow on the smallest set of answers that let a worker bid with confidence, with photos doing the work that paragraphs of description otherwise would.

Two Sides, One Marketplace
A marketplace only works if both sides stay in sync. Posting, bidding, hiring and completion move through a single state machine, so a homeowner and a worker looking at the same job always see the same status. Notifications are driven off those transitions rather than written separately for each surface.
Bidding Built for Speed
Workers open the app several times a day, so bidding is reduced to a price, a note and a send, on a feed already filtered to what they do and where they work. Homeowners post occasionally and are guided through it, asked only for what a bidder actually needs to quote.

Both apps share one design system and one marketplace service, with the homeowner and worker experiences delivered from the same codebase.

It replaces the phone tree that finding a new farrier or a barn usually turns into with a searchable, filterable map and booking in two taps.
Every review is tied to a confirmed booking, so ratings reflect people who actually hired the provider. Search filters by service, distance, price and rating, availability shows live on the map, and messaging stays inside the app so a rider never has to hand out a personal number to get a quote. Provider profiles carry the detail owners actually ask for before they commit.

Top Stock is a market intelligence app built for retail traders who were stuck choosing between terminal subscriptions they could not afford and social media tips they could not trust. Position data from vehicles and equipment arrives as a live map, geofence alerts, trip history and scheduled reports across web, iOS and Android.
Where most tracking software stops at a dot on a map, Fleetile is built to let operators act. Geofences can cut an engine on an unauthorised exit, trips are scored per driver, and any journey can be shared through a time-limited public link that needs no login. The platform ships in English, Arabic and Urdu with full right-to-left support, and can be white-labelled per tenant.
