Our mission with The Equine Directory was to give horse owners a trustworthy way to find equine professionals without relying on word of mouth or a dozen phone calls. Every part of the product had to earn trust: verified providers, reviews tied to real bookings, and prices and availability visible before anyone picks up a phone.

Challenge
Equine services are a trust business in a thin market. Owners are handing over an animal worth more than their car, often to someone they found through a friend of a friend, and the professionals themselves are mobile, seasonal and hard to reach. A generic services marketplace does not work here: a farrier, a boarding stable and a veterinarian are booked in completely different ways, on different notice, at different prices. The challenge was to build one directory that respected those differences while staying simple enough to use standing in a barn aisle with one hand full.
Scope of Work
We designed and built the full mobile product for iOS and Android along with the marketing site. The scope covered brand identity, provider onboarding and verification, category and location search with filters, the live availability map, the two-tap booking flow, review collection tied to confirmed bookings, in-app messaging, saved favourites, and both store launches.
Problems
Finding a new farrier, barn or equine vet meant working through referrals and unanswered phone calls. Reviews, where they existed at all, sat in local social media groups with no way to tell a real customer from a friend. Providers had no shared place to publish availability or rates, so every enquiry started from zero. Owners who moved to a new area effectively started over.
Identity System
Equine brands drift toward one of two clichés: heritage crests or sport-horse minimalism. We went for neither. The identity is warm and field-tested, built to survive a screenshot in a dusty barn and a listing thumbnail on a phone in bright sun, with a photographic style that shows working animals and real yards rather than staged studio shots.
Logo
A single-stroke equine mark that stays legible at map-pin size and reads as a category rather than a specific breed or discipline.
Research & Result
Talking to owners showed the blocker was not discovery but confidence. People could find names; they could not tell which names to trust. That pushed reviews to be booking-verified rather than open, and made verification status a first-class element of every listing rather than a badge buried in a profile.
Landing Page
Category-led, so someone searching for a farrier or a boarding stable lands on the answer rather than on a generic pitch, with store links reachable from every section.

The Equine Directory is native on iOS and Android against a shared services backend, with a separate provider dashboard for listings, availability and bookings. One booking record is read the same way by a rider on a phone and a farrier at a desk.

Trust is the product here, so the integration work sits behind it: provider verification, location and distance search, availability that reflects real calendars, and payment handling that lets a rider book without leaving the app. Reviews are written against confirmed bookings rather than open submissions, which is enforced in the data model rather than by moderation.

The booking flow is deliberately short because it happens in a barn aisle. Pick a provider, pick a slot, confirm. Everything a rider needs to decide, which is distance, rate and next availability, sits above that fold; the longer detail waits below for anyone who wants it.

Fleetile is a GPS fleet and asset tracking platform sold as one fully managed package: the GPS device, the SIM, professional installation and the software, end to end. Position data from vehicles and equipment arrives as a live map, geofence alerts, trip history and scheduled reports across web, iOS and Android.
Where most tracking software stops at a dot on a map, Fleetile is built to let operators act. Geofences can cut an engine on an unauthorised exit, trips are scored per driver, and any journey can be shared through a time-limited public link that needs no login. The platform ships in English, Arabic and Urdu with full right-to-left support, and can be white-labelled per tenant.

Task Haus is a two-sided marketplace for home repairs and maintenance. A homeowner posts the job with a budget, skilled workers bid on it, and the homeowner picks who to hire. Junk removal, painting a room, everyday repairs: the tasks that are too small for a contractor and too much for a Saturday.
Because the work is bid rather than quoted, homeowners see real competing prices instead of guessing at a market rate, and workers choose the jobs worth their time rather than paying for leads that go nowhere. The platform runs across mobile apps, a web app and an admin console, so a job can be posted from a phone and managed from a desk.
